After Dutch Hiphop comes Turkish punk rock! I kid you not, this blog does deliver just that! The amount of posts is still marginal, but given the popularity of the genre in Turkey's capital Istanbul, we hope for more soon!

Golden Era Raps

The Golden Era Raps is a very nice hiphop blog with music from the golden 1990s. I spend a significant amount of time here, browsing through their nice collection of classic hiphop albums. Tha Alkaholiks,Black Sheep, A Tribe called Quest, Fat Joe, Nas you'll find them all here. The blog is still young, the choice limited, but the Golden Era Raps has definitely potential. Nederhop 070

Every country has its own music culture, so don't be surprised to hear that the Netherlands has its own hiphop traditions. Nederhop 070 (anybody knows what 070 is?) is all about... well, Dutch Hip Hop 'natuurlijk' (translates as 'of course'!). The whole website is in Dutch, but expect all downloads to link to international upload sites such as: Jumbofiles, megaupload etc. Wonder how Dutch rap sounds, check this out:

Shareconnector

Shareconnector does pretty much do everything. Don't be surprised to find Westside Connection, Roxette and Motley Crue all here. The blog has a basic lay-out and hosts both music and music videos. To make things easier, Shareconnector has a search option which helps you to better maneuver through its sizable database. A good blog to spend some time on a lazy Sunday. Enjoy!

Breaknshit (BNS)

Another new blog. BNS (breaknshit) started blogging last October on an almost day-to-day basis. What they do? Th latest electro remixes, mashups and some tricky triphop. I have seen remixes and mashups of Dead Prez, Tiesto, MGMT and even Madonna. Keep it up guys!

House Music Releases

Last post for today is "the world's premium blog for 0days house music releases". We are talking about House Music Releases (HMR if I may). HMR provides you with a massive collection of Trance,Techno, new Psychedelic sounds and of course house muzik. Most of the downloads seem to be downloadable from rapidshare. Expect no fancy lay-out, but do expect a huge selection of files. The blog has only been running for two months, which means that a lot more is yet to come. HRM is definitely well worth your time (that is if you like da house muzik, of course). Give it a try yourself!

Josh is a Jamaican beat poet/aficionado/actor who likes curry and warm bedsheets (who doesn't!?). I must admit I have a weak for poets, the magicians of words, but where is da music Josh!? Josh does reviews and gives you recommendations on his fav indie artists. Don't call him a pretentious hipster, visit his blog instead and challenge yourself to sit through his loooooooooong (yes well written) reviews. Josh, give us da poetry!
